"I've been a customer with State Farm (agent Terry Bradshaw) for many years. But recently my monthly payment went from $109.87 in November 2019 to $121.49 in December 2019, then to $148.93 in January 2020. Even though there were no changes to my driving record. The main reason I can see for this change is because when I renewed my policy I chose to not have "Uninsured Motorist" on my policy. However, because I didn't submit this in writing, State Farm enrolled me in this plan anyway. I think the practice of signing people up for services they don't want and charging them for it is very unethical, and I don't know if this is a State Farm practice or if it's only isolated with Terry Bradshaw's office. Either way, I don't like that my bill sky-rocketed simply because I'm too busy to respond to their letters. I should only be charged for what I signed up for and not for added services I failed to reject."
